• Membership Holds: Going out of town, long vacation, surgery, spouse headed to the slope? All 6-month and 12-month contracts can be paused for 4 weeks every 6 months for free! Any additional holds are $15/month.
   

• Membership Cancellation: Innergy memberships come with a $50 per month early termination policy, the total amount can be applied to other packages. As an industry standard, cancellation requests must be received in writing 4 weeks prior to renewal (end of contract) by emailing innergyak@gmail.com. Before cancelling let us see if we can help you find a package more suited to your time and lifestyle! Would a month-to-month membership would work better? Let us help you decide.

• Memberships will automatically renew: Please submit in writing at innergyak@gmail.com with three weeks notice if you would like to cancel upon completion of your current membership or if you would prefer to choose one of our month-to-month memberships.
   

• Package Selection and Refunds: Refunds and extensions are case by case basis. Written notice must be sent to innergyak@gmail.com. In order to minimize refunds and extensions we would love to help you choose the right package for you ahead of time and can even meet in studio to help with this prior to your purchase.
   

• Late Cancellation/No Show: members who late cancel will be charged a $5 late cancellation fee per class at the end of each month. Subject to rise if it becomes a bigger issue. As an industry standard - all classes have a 12 hour cancellation window. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before a class are "early," cancellations made after 12 hours are "late." A "No Show" consists of not showing up for class that you had booked - this results in $5 charge.
   

• Member Guest Passes: Passes are distributed in studio when you begin your membership. The hard copy pass must be presented in studio for your guest to receive their class.
   

• Student & Teacher Discount: Bring in your ID for 5% off our memberships and class packages!
